Station 1 - Arriving in the world of AI
- A conversation rather than a technical lecture: What is AI, and what is it not? An overview of ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini
- Questions and concerns are welcome - live demonstration: AI as a dialogue, not a machine
Station 2 - My first prompt
- Prompt = a clear question for AI | A simple formula: role - task - format
- Hands-on with chatgpt.com or copilot.microsoft.com: an out-of-office message, summarising text, rewriting an email
- Asking follow-up questions, refining and having a dialogue instead of accepting a one-off answer
Station 3 - AI as a personal assistant
- Real everyday tasks: emails, meeting notes, ideas, summaries, meeting preparation and feedback
- Practical prompts in small groups - try them, share them and refine them
Station 4 - Limits & privacy
- AI sometimes hallucinates - check the facts; judgement remains with people
- Do not enter client data, passwords or confidential information into public chats
- Rule of thumb: do not enter anything you would not put on a postcard
